Sr. Software Engineer

The Insights team is looking for a Sr. Software Engineer (full stack with a back-end focus) to join our team. Our teamseeksto help customers visualize cell history data related to their sheets, which involves building a scalable data analytics solution on the back-end communicating with UI components on the front-end. We arecurrentlybuilding a service from the ground up, with exciting opportunities to write brand new code with no tech debt, and make a huge impact. Our backend is Java, SQL, and AWS cloud technologies while our front-end stack is React,JavascriptandTypescript.

You will report toour Engineering Manager located in our Bellevue, WA office

You Will:

• Develop Java-based back-end components that scale easily to accommodate rapid customer growth

• Develop microservices and software solutions usingcutting-edgeAWS technologies

• Write clean and efficient code in Java based on product specifications and operational feasibility

• Write Infrastructure as Code to maintain our AWS Infrastructure

• Evaluate new technologies to bring into our stack

You Have:

• 5+ years software development experience

• Preferred experience

• Developed reusable components used across our product (React, Redux,Javascript,Typescript, Node.js,html, css)

• BS in Computer Science, a related field,or equivalent industry experience

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis
