Req ID: 88433 Region: Americas Country: USA State/Province: New Hampshire City: Remote Employee US We are currently searching for a Sr. Manager, Talent Attraction to support strategic hiring in our US and Canadian regions. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance programs and processes aimed at attracting, recruiting and hiring diverse top talent into Celestica. As a Sr. Manager, Talent Attraction, you will directly manage a team of three recruiters and indirectly manage HR interns who provide support in campus recruiting. You will also oversee and manage our student internship and new grad hiring programs. Other responsibilities in this role include: developing sourcing plans that promote a diverse and inclusive culture and address critical staffing needs, tracking and reporting on vacant positions and building partnerships with global HR partners and business leaders. Key Responsibilities: + Serve as an ambassador for Celestica's Brand, Values and business strategy in order to promote and attract diverse top talent to Celestica + Develop and execute innovative and effective recruitment strategies + Actively responsible for the full-cycle recruitment and selection process for professional employees from entry level to senior director level primarily within Canada and the US and on occasion globally + Oversee and manage the recruitment process for 90+ interns located across our 3 Toronto area locations and separate intern opportunities in the US + Attend Career Fairs and campus recruiting events + Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to identify requirements for open positions and to discuss sourcing strategies + Incorporate structured and robust selection processes and ensure hiring managers and interview teams are prepared to effectively evaluate candidates + Maintain applicant tracking system (Success Factors) and administer global LinkedIn users + Drive social media candidate outreach through key channels including LinkedIn and Twitter and a network of outreach partners to promote Diverse hiring + Play a leadership role in the utilization of job posting boards such as Indeed + Manage recruitment related vendor and agency relationships + Proactively research and network to develop a strong candidate funnel within target markets and for niche roles within the company + Leverage industry knowledge, recruiting analytics, metrics and candidate/hiring manager feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimal candidate experience + Participate in projects with the Global Talent Acquisition team to enhance Celestica’s Talent Attraction program + Coach, develop and mentor team members Required Qualifications and Skills: + Campus recruitment experience would be an asset + Strong self-starter, able to manage complexity and ambiguity + Strong collaboration and relationship management capabilities + Strong written and verbal communication + Effective negotiation skills + Ability to interact across all levels in a fast-paced environment + Proven ability to manage multiple and overlapping processes and projects to completion, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines + Ability to champion continuous improvement in the recruitment function + Embraces technology and all forms of social media to creatively attract talent + Experience in vendor management for services such as, search, contingency agencies, temporary agencies and recruitment advertising + Experience with job posting boards such as: Indeed, LinkedIn + Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Success Factors Experience: + 7+ years of recruiting experience with at least 3 years of management experience Education: + Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources Location: This is a Remote US position, with travel as necessary.
