We are currently searching for an Senior Implementation Manager (Sr. IM) to join our growing business development operations as we continue to onboard more clientele. This individual will run day to day activities with client implementation of Covr?s suite of products and services for some of Covr's largest new clients. The main focus of the Sr. IM will be managing implementation objectives of Covr?s products and services for client onboardings. They will apply defined project management methodologies for product and service implementations resulting in successful implementations.


  • Lead day to day implementation efforts for new Covr Product and Service implementations including Covr Advisor, Covr Consumer, Covr Exchange, and Covr AMS Services

  • Develop detailed work plans, schedule estimates, resource plans, status reports, and implementation priorities

  • Coordinate the teams of product, technical, sales, operations, and business contributors to ensure the on time delivery of properly scoped and high quality project requirements

  • Ensure accurate, timely, and quality implementation tracking, analysis, reporting and communication strategies are utilized using set policies and procedures

  • Proactively manage client expectation and commitments by partnering with both internal and external project stakeholders

  • Support the Business Development process with client RFP responses for implementation strategies and represent implementations in prospective client meetings

  • Serve as lead communicator for overall project status, with regards to issues, risk, and mitigation strategies for clients, and Covr?s internal teams

  • Provide technical, product, business, analytical and strategic guidance to entire implementation team, attending product and technical meetings to ensure contractual obligations are met and meet regularly with internal team leads on progress and obstacles to implementation

  • Review deliverables and ensure adherence to quality standards, implementations and team performance measurements

  • Obtain signoffs on all deliverables from key internal and external project stakeholders, making timely and appropriate decisions to ensure implementations are on track for successful service and go live readiness

  • Recommend and take necessary action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems, escalating when needed.

  • Ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and implementation goals

  • Partner with Account Management to ensure all implementation items are tracked, documented, and completed in agreement with the client?s needs


Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor?s Degree (or Equivalent Experience)

  • 5+ years implementation or large project management experience

  • Independent contributor with the ability to multitask, work with leaders and ensure client satisfaction

  • Demonstrated ability to message, position, and present information for maximum customer impact and influence

  • Experience in influencing internally and externally with soft power, driving cross functional collaboration, and negotiating win - win solutions

  • Proven ability to ascertain client needs through active listening skills, and consultatively work with clients to achieve business objectives

  • Effective skills for navigating and driving results across a highly complex, matrix environment

Preferred Experience:

  • 2+ years experience with Financial Institution Partners

  • 2+ years of Life Insurance, Annuity and InsurTech industry experience

  • Master?s Degree

  • Project Management Professional Certification

  • Project Management Office Leadership Experience
