Cigna Technical Customer Support Associate Analyst in Bluffton, South Carolina
eviCore is hiring an IT Asset/Deployment Technician to assist with inventory management, hardware break/fix support and imaging machines with SCCM. The engineer will be placing hardware orders, they will be unboxing monitors, setting up new hire workstations/training classrooms, and receiving tickets from the tier 1 team. Tickets will be based around hardware failure. This person will also be assisting as the company migrates from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
High level of technical expertise in diverse infrastructure technologies (e.g. desktop, applications, LAN, WAN, and/or servers,).
This position will also be required to support professionals of all levels within the company and as such should be sensitive to the political implications of all decisions
Strong communications skills, both written and oral.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with many levels of management and peers.
For this position in Colorado, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 19.47, +/- 10%, depending on experience.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
