Your Role and Responsibilities

As Offering Manager for Storage as a Service, you will be responsible for:
Building the end-to-end lifecycle of Storage as a Service delivery
Defining and managing delivery process such as:
Capital asset management
Subscription metering/monitoring and billing
Shipping and Services coordination
Asset reuse and disposal
Defining customer engagement touchpoints and maintaining a high NPS
Developing customer journey metrics to track the end-to-end customer experience that ultimately drives customer subscription growth and subscription renewal
Developing the Storage as a service roadmap
Working closely with field sales teams and channel partners to support the sales process
Preferred locations for this role are: RTP, NC, Austin, TX, Littleton, MA, Silicon Valley, CA
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
10+ years experience in the Technology Industry, 3+ Years Storage experience; preferably in product management or -aaS delivery process management and operations
5+ years of significant demonstrated experience in pricing strategies, and cloud business models: SaaS, PaaS, IaaS
BA/BS required; MS/MBA preferred
Experience with requirements management required
Executive-level written, and verbal communication skills required
Demonstrated Cross-functional leadership, influence and collaboration capabilities required
