The Business Excellence team is a global team responsible for ensuring that our customers maximize the business benefits that they get from using our AI powered Customer Decision Hub and Marketing solutions. We are uniquely placed to work with Pega’s most innovative customers all over the world, expected to quickly become a trusted advisor, and then ensure that they are successful. We are also expected to understand and define best practice, becoming recognized thought leaders, and working with internal and external SMEs to extract domain knowledge and ensure that it is distributed through the Pega, Partner, and Customer ecosystems. Each team member is expected to demonstrate leadership, to manage the delivery of their objectives, fostering collaboration to drive customer success.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Develop the approaches and models that we will leverage to engage our partner ecosystem to support our growth ambitions

  • Engage partner leaders to gain agreement on and implement the engagement models

  • Engage business and IT leaders to achieve alignment with Business Outcomes and secure partnership in their transformation initiatives

  • Consult with customer organizations to help them shape their technology, structures, governance, and processes to align with best practice, provide a path to get to the target state

  • Work closely with product management, as well as directly with consulting, and customers to influence product direction, roadmaps and roll out

Who You Are:

  • Expert understanding of how AI and analytics can be used to transform enterprises

  • Deep knowledge of direct Marketing principles and processes – such as campaign management, email marketing, propensity modeling, control groups, measurement, test and learn

  • Expert understanding of customer strategy, contact optimization and interpretation of analytics

  • Leadership experience is expected, combined with the ability to foster effective collaboration

  • The confidence and gravitas to communicate effectively with senior business people, the ability to become a trusted advisor

  • Proven ability to quickly understand the challenges faced by our customers and to synthesize effective solutions

  • Able to deliver clear and effective communication to colleagues and customers, both as written documents and presented in person

  • Have strong organizational and workload planning / management skills.

What You've Accomplished:

  • 10+ years consulting experience, working with senior client stakeholders and building trusted advisor relationships

  • 5+ years working with artificial intelligence, analytics, or marketing solutions

  • Hands-on and lead consultant experience with designing and implementing Marketing and Decisioning software solutions (such as Chordiant, Infor CRM Epiphany, SmartFocus, Experian, Adobe, Oracle, Marketo, Salesforce, Teradata, Aprimo, IBM Unica) applications
