Drive and manage Supply Chain strategic projects and enable the Supply Chain transformation journey. Use your in depth supply chain knowledge to design and evaluate new supply chain concepts and scenarios with an end-to-end scope, in order to achieve the business strategy. Based on a data driven, fact-based approach achieve truly impactful improvements and build a supply chain fit for the future; a Customer Focused Digital Supply Chain.

You are responsible for

  • Managing perform and transform projects in the end-to-end Medical Devices supply chain.

  • Introducing new concepts in Supply Chain and designs for new or existing value streams, according to the strategy of the business. Your scope will be the global E2E Supply Chain of Monitoring Analytics & Therapeutic Care (MA&TC).

  • Designing and implementing Supply Chain network and capabilities based on the inputs from our businesses and markets (derived from the business strategy and VOC/VOB).

  • Acting as a Supply Chain expert, supporting and sharing knowledge with the E2E SC community through support or training to capture a standard process and methodology across the organization.

  • Contributing to the deployment of tactical, financial and operational plans by driving continuous improvement in supply chain performance through Supply Chain analysis and process improvements.

You are a part of

The Supply Chain team of Monitoring Analytics and will report into the Supply Chain Leader of MA&TC. As we value diversity, we have a multi-functional and diverse team, with different points of view, different ways of thinking to create the best End-to-End supply chain.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A bachelor or master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or other meaningful areas.

  • At least 10+ years of meaningful working experience in supply chain, warehousing and network design.

  • Previous and relevant experience in leading/managing cross-functional projects and programs.

  • 5+ years of project management experience preferred (PMP).

  • Deep knowledge on Customer Focused Digital Supply Chains is a preference.

  • Strong and demonstrated Operational Excellence skills, change management skills, challenges status quo and makes recommendations for improvements to products and processes.

  • Capable to communicate with various layers in the organization from shop floor to executive level.

  • Strategic skills/conceptual thinking. Able to see and develop the bigger picture.

  • Experience with large scale ERP applications.

  • Meaningful experience in improvement projects within Supply Chain.
