Summary

This operations position leads a team focused on maximizing the monetization and utilization of all assets and minimizing the costs of providing service. The team will accelerate the path to financial sustainability for the line of business.

Essential Functions

  • Lead the Fleet Support function in ensuring Gig vehicles are efficiently assigned tickets to be cleaned, fueled, serviced, and positioned to deliver maximum value to Gig Members.

  • Lead the Strategic Finance function in developing and evaluating business cases, delivering timely analyses of ongoing operational activities, and forecasting operational and financial performance.

  • Lead the Business Intelligence function in maintaining the structure, process, quality, and access to data and reporting, and then turning this information into dashboards, actionable insights, and business decisions.

  • Serve on the Gig Leadership Team and contribute towards the overall business success.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • A minimum of 3 years of financial management experience.

  • A minimum of 2 years of strategy experience.

Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline

  • MBA preferred

  • Financial statement literacy

  • Multivariate statistical analysis and predictive modeling experience

  • Experience in Tableau and writing SQL code in relational database environment

  • Strong business acumen, transformational thinking, and ability to execute

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Position has full supervisory responsibility for 10 Team Members, including nine roles on the Fleet Support Team (one Team Lead and eight Member Care Specialists) and one Data Scientist role.

Working Environment/Minimum Physical Requirements

  • This is primarily an office job. Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending and lifting (up to 15 pounds). Approximately 98% of time is spent using a video display terminal.
