Repair Technicians Needed Now!

Location: Bentonville, AR 72712

Position Title and Summary: Repair Services Associate

Repair Rf Scanners and printers, under minimal supervision, working with scanners to perform basic functionality tests/troubleshooting to meet acceptable repair specifications. Use established procedures and work instructions to meet production goals and troubleshoot electronic modules. Will be required to collect data for evaluation purposes.

Job Duties

  • Performs changes and retrofits on customers equipment in conjunction with routine maintenance.

  • Diagnoses most equipment problems using appropriate tools, test equipment, and documentation.

  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

  • Accurate / timely return of repair paperwork and parts kits.

  • Performs work duties in accordance with accepted safety procedures, and corporate policies.

  • Adheres to established ESD guidelines, repair procedures, and associated safety standards.

  • Knowledge of but not limited to:

  • Soldering Iron

  • Volt/Ohm Meter

  • Common Hands Tools

  • Maintains Production and quality outputs standards

Hourly: $ 13/HR

Schedule can be as below:

Shift - C1: Sunday 4am-9am, Monday-Wednesday 4am-2:30pm

Shift - C2: Sunday 4pm-9pm, Monday-Wednesday 3:30pm-2am

Shift - D1: Sunday 10am-3pm, Thursday-Saturday 4am-2:30pm

Shift - D2: Sunday 10pm-3am, Thursday-Saturday 3:30pm-2am

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of hands on related experience

  • Must have good general math skills

  • Experience as a production assembler

  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to work in a team

  • RF design circuitry skills

  • Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize workload

  • Ability to analyze equipment and identify areas for improvement

  • Working knowledge of PC and applicable software such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, and Outlook to be able to communicate internally and to maintain accurate record keeping for individual repairs

  • Completion of a two-year Electronics Technology degree or equivalent experience (preferred)


Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
