Radio Frequency Technicians Needed Now!

Position Title and Summary: Repair Services Associate

Job Responsibilities: Repair Rf Scanners, performs setup, testing and modular level repair to whole units. Performs other duties as assigned including:

  • Performs setup, testing and modular level repair to whole units.

  • Maintains accurate record keeping for individual repairs.

  • Uses custom software testing suites to diagnose/validate hardware failure.

  • Recognizes failures, follows engineering changes, and determines appropriate action.

  • Uses equipment such as a voltmeter, computer and special test fixtures.

  • Maintains production and quality output standards.

Hourly: $ 14.50 to $15.00 (depending on shift worked)

Hours: Flexibility is a must! Schedule can be as below:

Sunday Monday Tuesday 4pm-4am and Saturday 12pm- 7pm (OT available Wed & Thurs)

Location: Bentonville, AR 72712

Job details:

  • Learns and applies developing knowledge of department and individual performance metric relationships, basic product design principles, data analysis, and operation cost components.

  • Services customer product, including evaluating and validating customer complaint information, repair history, troubleshooting, and contract entitlements.

  • Creates work instructions, check sheets, or other process documentation. Develops familiarity with a larger subset of products and processes, repair tasks that require specific skills learns and basic product design principles; follows general work instructions for assignments according to productivity and quality standards.

  • Proactively identifies areas for quality and/or productivity improvements; may work with other departments/colleagues to identify and implement.

  • Possess good knowledge of repair systems; developing the ability to see larger scale trends in terms of product failure modes and repeat repairs.

  • Trains associates in basic work assignments and shares information with the team in regard to new learnings.

  • Complies with all required safety practices, and regulations; participates in safety meetings, committees, and/or audits.

  • May perform activities to calibrate tools and maintain equipment.

  • May obtain certification as an emergency responder. May obtain training in other areas of safety i.e. fire extinguisher

Skills and Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of related experience

  • Must have good general math skills

  • Pas experience as a production assembler

  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to work in a team

  • RF design circuitry skills

  • Interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize workload

  • Ability to analyze equipment and identify areas for improvement

  • Working knowledge of PC and applicable software such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, and Outlook to be able to communicate internally and to maintain accurate record keeping for individual repairs

  • Completion of a two-year Electronics Technology degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
