CX AdTech team (part of Customer Experience Cloud) creates products and solutions that enables integrations between various MarTech & AdTech platforms to bring unified experience to the customer. Our solutions enables activating 1P audience on advertaising platforms from a unified marketing suite called Unity.
We are seeking a senior/ principal product manager to work on the next generation of cloud-based, data-driven applications. The successful candidate will play a key Product Ownership role in influencing the strategy, and execution of key initiatives for a set of flagship products within the CX Industries portfolio. The candidate will identify and prioritize features to be delivered, create detailed requirements for engineering and bring the solutions to the market following an agile, continuous-delivery methodology, and a dev-ops mindset. Primary responsibilities include
Collaborate with the Product Managers, Architects, Engineering and Data Operations teams to produce high quality product requirement documents, user stories that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
Prioritise requirements in the backlog and work with engineering teams on sprint planning to meet quarterly targeted deliverables
Collaborate with engineering teams and address any feature clarifications on day-2-day basis
Take complete ownership on product integrations & rollouts
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university. MBA is a big plus.
6 – 12 years of experience in product management / product owner role in AdTech, MarTech platform technology related industry
Must have indepth understanding of platforms like DMP, CDP, CIP, Eloqua, Reponsys, Infinity and/or similar competitive products
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
