Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

  • Key Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities :Knowledge on SCCM, Exchange AD Knowledge on Desktop printer troubleshooting issues Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues Research questions using available information resources Advise user on appropriate action Follow standard help desk procedures Log all help desk interactions Administer help desk software Redirect problems to correct resource Identify and escalate si

  • Technical Experience : MIcrosoft Active Directory and Microsoft SCCM Application packaging and deployment processes, as well as comprehensive desktop installation

  • Professional Attributes : Understanding of and ability to support a heterogeneous computing environment consisting of Windows, Mac, and Linux systems within an IT Service Management ITSM framework Ability to communicate with internal and external customers Ability to train others team members Ability to develop documentation

  • Educational Qualification : Graduate

  • Additional Information : Take part in 24x7 Shift Rotations including Morning, Evening and Night Shifts
