We are looking to add a dynamic and Experienced Salesforce Developer - CRM to our IT&DA CRM team in Bengaluru, India.

Position Responsibilities :

This is a software development role. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Effectively communicate with the business to understand technical needs and devise appropriate solutions

  • Solve challenges in the operation of our market-facing functions

  • Modify, improve or implement new functionality and be tasked with keeping activities on track for timely delivery

  • Understand new features and functionality and drive development efforts

  • Drive adoption for new and existing features

  • Maximize the use of existing features and capabilities

  • Capture opportunities for improvement

  • Design and create effective solutions

  • Lead through process transformation, and leverage current digital trends

  • Independently take up and participate in Requirement gathering, Document preparation, End-to-End Solution design, Functional Spec preparation, Realization and Deployment.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams comprising of business SMEs, Architects, Developers and SIs on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current systems.

  • Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and implement full cycle configuration to meet business needs; create and update associated documentation.

  • Participate in the project delivery during testing cycles and lead the root cause analysis and correction of issues.

  • Develop, test, debug, and document application software

  • Developing and implementing software solutions to meet real-time test requirements.

Accuracy and accountability are key. You will be expected to:

  • Develop software verification plans, test procedures, and test environments.

  • You will work under general direction as part of an agile development team.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 7 - 12 years of overall experience and should have 5+ of years of experience in Salesforce development.

  • Candidate should have done minimum 1 E2E implementation project in Salesforce

  • Familiar with CRM business models, and integration of Salesforce with other applications and databases

  • Strong knowledge of developing custom solutions and interfaces using Salesforce platform

  • Should be able to Develop, Test, and Document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation

  • Should be able to translate business requirements into Solution Design with the Salesforce platform and products.

  • Should be familiar with Software Development Life-cycle Concepts (e.g deployments, metadata, etc.)

  • Knowledge and Experience of Agile (SAFe) development methods.

  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills

  • Strong written and oral interpersonal skills for creating and improving technical documents, and to effectively engage globally distributed engineering team.

  • Excellent working knowledge of the entire software development lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification

  • Enterprise Change Management: training; written and verbal communications; adoption; persistence; influence

  • Problem-solving skills and empathy

  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal English communication skills.

  • Experience with pair-programming, test-driven development, continuous integration, and other XP engineering practices.

  • Industry Experience in Aviation or Sales/Marketing

  • Any of the below certifications would be preferable:

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Typical Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree or 3 year Diploma with typically 7 to 12 Years related work or relevant military experience
