Position : Oracle University Digital Program Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for working with Global Stake holders to design and setup the learning components that are a part of Oracle Universities’ Cloud Learning Subscriptions.
Level and Skills needed:

5 Years of experience
Excellent Written and Spoken Communication Skills
Experience working in the eLearning Industry, managing content setup in a digital platform or LMS
Excellent planning and Organizing skills
Understand OU’s Digital Business
Work with Global Stake holders to understand the design and setup of Cloud Learning Subscriptions
Setup Digital Learning Subscriptions and Guide the a team of setup specialists to carry our setup activities
Setup QA processes to ensure 0 escalations and Tickets from Customers
Evaluate System and Processes from time to time and suggest Process improvements
Coach and Guide the team on new Platform enhancements

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Develops courseware to support new and existing products, often though not exclusively in conjunction with Product Division.
Coordinate and evaluate development contributions from other courseware development team members. Develop certification questions for use in the Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) exams. Solicit & incorporate feedback from reviews and training events. Deliver training at train-the-trainer and pilot events.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Bachelor
- s Degree in Computer Science or Instructional Design. Four years adult education experience (as teacher or curriculum developer). Seven years technical or professional experience using Oracle products or related software. Strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge and experience. Knowledge of XML, Java, and J2EE technologies. Experience with Oracle9i Database administration. Knowledge of Oracle9i Application server.
