In addition, Operations provides essential risk management and controls to preserve and enhance the firm's assets and its reputation. For every new product launched and every trade executed, it is Operations that develops and manages the processes and controls that enable business flow.
Client Implementation Management is looking for a professional to play a key role in onboarding accounts into GSAM systems and platforms. You will be responsible in understanding client’s requirements and how best to translate that into business workflows. Every onboarding and account setup is the trigger point for all of the downstream functions and processes.

For every trade agreed, every new product launched or market entered, every transaction completed, it is Operations that develops the processes and controls that makes business flow.
Client Implementation Management is responsible for all reference data at an account level and is the starting point for an account’s relationship and lifecycle with GSAM. By ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data, we facilitate the business in achieving desired objectives. You will obtain a comprehensive knowledge of products, markets and market related setups. You will also drive initiatives and provide solutions that will have an impact on client experience and risk mitigation.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
• Understand and implement client’s requirement by liaising with internal and external counterparties to ensure seamless transition and onboarding to GSAM• Develop a comprehensive understanding of changing business trends, market regulations and products and client offerings• Become a risk manager by ensuring data integrity and challenging where required• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and work with multiple teams across Operations, Technology and Business to implement• Influence account setup and structure decisions by providing guidance to Business• Engage in opportunities to review processes, analyze information, make decisions and recommendations and implement and monitor procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor's degree required
• Years of experience should be 4- 7 years. • 1 - 2 years of work experience in Finance or related field; 1 - 2 years of work experience in Operations or related field• Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word• Strong communication; able to articulate oneself clearly• Problem solver and team-player
• Candidate must be proactive, enthusiastic and team oriented• Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment• Accuracy and attention to detail and strong organizational skills• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Strong analytical skills• Good understanding of the financial industry
