Job DescriptionSr Manager, Commercial MarketingResponsibilitiesLead the offers & promotions strategy for phone launches from ideation to execution including competitive scenario planningDevelop and implement the 6-month rolling device offers calendar focused on driving new customer targets for T-Mobile's Postpaid business by synthesizing customer insights and business strategy. Requires extensive device knowledge across various OEMs, development of promotional offer strategy and value propositionsLead cross-functional teams including Product & Technology, Supply Chain, OEM Management, Finance, Pricing, Integrated Marketing, Analytics, Consumer & Market Insights, Go-to-Market, Retail and Care to develop and execute device launches & offers including post launch performance management and optimizationPartner with Strategic Planning team to build offer concepts for consumer researchInfluence ranging and planning of device portfolio to meet consumer needs and market opportunitiesProvide strategic recommendations on device offers, programs and lifecycle management to capture wireless switchersManage device offer business performance including tracking of results, OEM MDF negotiations and development of contingenciesProfitably maximize subprime conversion within Bad Debt envelopeQualifications7+ years marketing experience; 3 years managing teams5+ years in one or more of the following categories: software/hardware, web, telecommunications, consumer electronics, or consumer packaged goods, with a focus on Marketing, Product development or sales.
