Microsoft Corporation Senior Program Manager in Bellevue, Washington

We are hiring for an exceptional Program Manager to drive our partner engagement programs for Microsoft Teams Calling area. You will be working on bringing new partners into the program, work directly with current strategic depth and breadth partners and get the joint solutions to completion. You will drive refining the execution of these programs as we charter into new scenarios and partners. You will also be driving the beta and certification programs for this area.

The successful candidate will bring a mix of business and technical depth, has experience delivering solutions through partners and co-engineering efforts and is able to bring solutions to market to meet customer requirements.


  • Drive Teams Contact Center, compliance recording, attendant console and other new joint partner solutions.

  • Engage with customers for feedback and product improvements.

  • Continuously improve and mature the process for the partner engagement program.

  • Work with certification testing companies for sign off of the solutions.

  • Deliver public customer content, doc updates, web site updates, support collateral for these solutions.


  • 5+ years of product management experience with a focus for end user experiences.

  • Track record of driving successful partner engagement and/or co-engineering efforts

  • Prior experience with contact center, attendant console or other high volume scenarios (desired)
