In this role you will own the overall product strategy and have a unique opportunity to influence leadership at all levels.This role requires working closely with businesses teams and software development teams across Amazon to define the product vision, strategy and requirements. Excellent listening, writing skills and strong technical competency are essential.The ideal candidate has thrived and succeeded in delivering broadly adopted technology products/services in a very high growth environment where priorities shift quickly. He or she is a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and compellingly and who understands how to drive a high level of focus and excellence.Qualified candidates have experience defining projects and features, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional and test specifications, coordinating large cross functional projects and schedules, and delivering complex projects with accurate results at high scale.* Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Engineering or Technology* 8+ years of full-cycle product management experience with software products* Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps and functional specifications, launching new products, conducting customer research, and informing user testing* Experience working directly with engineers and UX Designer/Researchers on building products, features, and enhancements.* Proficient in writing and understanding SQL queries* Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate ideas with internal and external partners.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
