Making an Impact

As the Administrative Assistant in our Audit Department, you will make an impact by:

  • Providing administrative support for the audit team as well as Principles

  • Coordinating and organizing logistics for meetings as required; drafting agendas, creating presentation materials, recording notes and following-up on action items as needed

  • Managing confirmations for audit engagements

  • Assisting in the annual engagement letter process and tracking the workflow

  • Assist with financial statement preparation; roll forward binders in engagement, pro-forma, revisions, format review, draft, final, binding if required

  • Producing and proofreading professional business communication documents including memos, reports, letters, invoices, emails, etc.

  • Coordinating calendar management and scheduling with the ability to both forward think and quickly adapting to changing situations

  • Prioritizing internal/external meetings/calls and inquiries as well as foreseeing next steps, problem-solving and planning appropriately

  • Preparing client billings and expense reports

  • Proactively managing internal client?s calendar and prioritizing internal/external meetings, calls and inquiries

  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements: flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries/agendas and documentation

  • Maintaining a high level of discretion

  • Building strong relationships to establish and maintain credibility, trust and confidence with executive staff and peers

  • Responding to questions and requests for information

  • Backing up the front desk when needed

  • Coordinating and assisting with various projects, events and initiatives

  • Handling other duties and special projects as assigned


  • Minimum of two years administrative experience; preferably in a professional services environment

  • Bachelor?s degree preferred or High School Diploma with equivalent work experience

  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills as well as detail oriented

  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player

  • Successfully multi-task multiple projects effectively and efficiently
