Account Manager

Job Description:


The main purpose of the position is to define critical markets and new customers in the assigned sales territory, plan strategy and develop all key relationships to ensure strong foundation for solution selling. Maintain and promote relationships with customer contacts and deal with existing business challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Interact with vendors and customers in a technical and engineering environment.

  • Extensive understanding of pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.

  • Prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews, presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation and improve customer service.

  • Promote and sell the value add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction as it pertains to supply chain management and other value-added services.

  • Creating demand for Arrow products and services

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree, major Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or equivalent preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome

  • 1 to 3 sales experience from the electronic components industry or similar Industry. Sales experience with Xiao Mi TV & cell phones will be plus

  • Can-do attitude with strong motivation to become a sales professional
