Responsibilities for Project Coordinator jobs include but are not limited to:

  • Research claim inquiries and appropriately communicate findings with clients, claimants, and other operational departments

  • Provide project reporting and summaries, perform analysis of reporting and ensure quality assurance, draft claimant letters, draft project phone scripts, and assist in development of business rules for claims processing and payments

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Project Coordinator jobs:

  • 1+ year of work experience with direct client and customer contact in a professional environment, preferably in the legal field

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Strong computer and communication skills
