Global License Compliance Team @ Autodesk

The License Compliance Sales Intern will be part of the Global License Compliance (GLC), reporting and supporting the EMEA sales organization. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact directly on the license compliance business strategy and to be part of a dynamic team. Based in Barcelona, you will have the opportunity to work from our fantastic hub, and collaborate not only with local teams, but with colleagues from around the world. We are looking for an energetic and proactive individual to work on a project where your primary focus will be to analyze market trends based on results from previous financial years and gathering insightful findings for the leadership team to base future sales strategies on.

Responsibilities

  • Identify gaps and opportunities for license compliance business based on the market analysis, SWOT analysis of previous financial years, and present clear trends of year-on-year performances

  • Work with different stakeholders and identify improvements in the current back-end systems, interview individuals, research, and report, analyze data and come up with feedback on possible enhancements

  • Participate in the protection of Autodesk intellectual property. You will oversee many of the back-office operations to support the local License Compliance teams across all lines of business. Shadowing colleagues from different teams and generating a clear overview of the different functions in license compliance will impact the outcome of your project

  • Analyze compliance data and utilize pivot tables to help present the data in a compelling format

Minimum Qualifications

  • Eligible applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master´s degree in field of business and/or economics or similar from a university/school in Spain

  • Highly proficient using Excel to analyze and visualize data, experienced in Salesforce, ability to express and present complex findings, analytical skills

  • Strong communicator in English, both written and verbal. Any knowledge of Spanish or other European languages is a plus

  • You are passionate about a tech. sales environment

  • You have “can do” attitude

  • You have innovative thinking, are flexible and willing to go above and beyond
