What you will be accountable for:

To support the development of marketing strategies and develop the execution programs to drive brand equity and offtake.

  • Developing the strategy and plan to drive a brand identity that will sustain growth in the longer term, and to deliver powerful & distinctive proposition to the targeted customers with regularly measuring on Brand Health & Brand Equity.

  • Planning the effective use of brand advertising and promotion budget by creating appropriate programs for appropriate channels.

  • Working with Strategic partners in both internal and external to develop creative strategy and executions campaign for the brands.

  • Working closely with global and regional team to localize brand strategy and marketing materials for best in class execution in market.

  • Being the brand custodian and provide the mandate on the use of brand logo in advertising, packaging, merchandising, and POP.

  • Working with commercial team to ensure excellent execution and direct output of brand strategies that are superior to competitor activity.

  • Working closely with Consumer and shopper planner to analyze relevant data, identify the issue and opportunity of the brand and create the strong insight which could translate in to winning strategy and action plan to propose to marketing manager and /or marketing director.

What you need to bring to this role:

  • Passion for celebration

  • Min 5 years of experience in FMCG.

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work and engage cross-functionally and remotely

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English

  • Great interpersonal skills
