The HR Service Administrator is an integral part of IBM and HR. Your Role and Responsibilities

Our Onboarding team is focused on delivering a signature experience for our new hires. Onboard Success Partner will be responsible to craft a signature experience that is both informative, engaging and ensures a warm welcome & strong start at IBM. This role is an integral part of the HR Talent Acquisition team and work cross-functionally with other areas of Human Resources including Talent Acquisition Partners and coordinators. Role of onboarding is integral for preparing the new hire for their IBM career and ensure that everything is ready for their arrival at IBM on day 1. The goal is to provide candidates with an impactful experience from offer acceptance onwards. Our Onboard success partners play an important part to improve the onboarding experience and build a feeling of personalized support as they guide candidates through the onboarding process in an efficient and timely manner. This role will be reporting to the Regional Onboarding Leader and will be part of IBM's Global Onboarding team.

What you'll do:

  • This position will support the HR team in building the best onboarding experience for every new joiners at IBM. The role requires one to be a detail-oriented, get-things-done professional who can think strategically, adapt quickly, and rapidly earn credibility and trust with all levels of the organization.

  • First point of contact for new employee and hiring manager from offer accept through onboarding and focus and New hire and Hiring Manager experience.

  • Schedule and facilitate Orientation sessions for new hires

  • Handle communications and queries from new hires

  • Analyse Onboarding NPS & KPI scores

  • Apply Design thinking and agile principles in designing and delivering best Onboarding experience

  • Be a change agent and identify areas of improvement.

  • Apply user experience and Visual design to create new offerings for New hires/Hiring managers

  • Create innovative solutions to enhance New hire engagement from Offer accept to Onboard

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Relevent work experience 4+ years in Onboarding/Recruitment/Talent acquisition/BGC.

  • Experience as lead/Manager for 3+ Years.

  • Good knowledge in Excel and Data reporting,macros . (Looking for hires who use MS Excel in current role to report and manage data.

  • Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Prefer to have hires from Tyre 1 companies which has volume hiring with relevant experience in TA/onboarding.

  • Exposure to Agile/Design thinking/Project Management
