Production Manager

Do you have food production experience? This is a Direct Hire position for the right person. Are you ready to continue your career as a Production Manager? Randstad specializes in Manufacturing and Logistics staffing. We have several opportunities for a Production Manager in Fairfield County, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and previous Production and Management experience. You will demonstrate a concern for safety and following OSHA regulations as well as being able to work overtime. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Production Management or Engineering or 8-10 year’s related experience Experience in building resource models for direct labor and equipment Prior Management experience required Baking experience required Food Production preferred Stable work history

Responsibilities

As a Production Manager, you will manage overtime, manpower, efficiency of department and make improvements as needed. You will be managing production, inventory control, logistics, shipping and other departments. Must work effectively in developing, directing, and supporting improvement projects and repair projects.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and previous Production and Management experience. You will demonstrate a concern for safety and following OSHA regulations as well as being able to work overtime.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
