Join us as a Maximo Power User and you’ll be looking at a
career-defining role based in Baltimore, Maryland.
As a Maximo Power User, you will be responsible for the IBM Maximo
Software optimization to ensure that site management and software users are
provided with all the necessary information and technical support to proficiently
use the software and improve the delivery of services. The incumbent will lead
the training, communication of Maximo as well as control the software
performance indicators and upgrades.
Continuously audit and improve the Maximo database and business processes.
Review and recommend upgrade to software based on needs of site
Management to meet customer expectations.
Develop implementation process for Maximo at new sites, follow-up on
implementation, and develop training guides and user manual.
Build Start Center KPIs for using Maximo.
Monitor Maximo software usage and storage capabilities in order to
Initiate modifications as required to the Competency Center.
Develop Maximo reports and workflow for while meeting standardization
Share common practices or capabilities of system among sites.
Produce reliability KPIs from Maximo monthly and participate to the
reliability board to improve on time performance and customer satisfaction.
Interface with the Maximo Competency Center in order to maintain system
current at all sites.
Participate in Maximo competency committee as required.
Work in partnership with Site Management, lead the development of
cost-effective training tools to allow for continuous learning of all software
Communicate to site Management and users on changes, upgrades or tools
to improve the effective use of Maximo.
Analyze database and determine workflows to be developed.
Analyze Business needs and produce reports that will help the Business
become more efficient.
Exhibit excellent organizational, time management, and communication
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience utilizing IBM Maximo Asset Management software to create and manage work orders for assets.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering
Experience in the transportation industry
Experience utilizing SAP.
