Skills & Attributes Needed to Succeed

Are you assertive and consistent in cold calling? Do you get energized when discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals/contracts, and working directly with business? Does representing a premium product that provides viable solutions motivate you? If you answered yes to these questions then we want you on our Independent Sales Rep team!

  • Desire to drive your own book of business

  • Cold calling direct methods (in person, phone, email, etc.) and indirect methods (networking etc.) to prospective customers within identified sales territory

  • Creating and identifying leads and customer targets

  • Ability to build a solid and quality business portfolio, maintain and continuously fill sales funnel

  • Someone that LOVES selling and closing deals

  • Highly results and initiative-oriented; persuasive and persistent

  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined, accountable, and a confident personality

  • Enthusiasm for our product

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and terrific critical thinking

How long does it take to close the average sale?Most sales are completed within a 2 to 3-week time period.

Do I have a sales quota?Productivity and sales execution is up to you, but the more time you put in the better sales results you will see!

Do I have to report to an office or a location for this opportunity?No, this is a remote-at-home based program

What does a great sales person?s quota look like?7-8 sold FloWater Refill Stations each month.

What is the approximate commission per hour rate?A strong sales rep can anticipate a ratio of $35.00/hour.

Are leads provided?No leads are not provided, but you can easily acquire customers through traditional and innovative cold calling!

How often will I receive commissions?Commission is paid every two weeks.
