UtiliQuest Administrative Assistant - Beltsville, MD in Baltimore, Maryland


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Ensures that billing, clearing, filing and callback duties are fulfilled on a daily basis by performing these tasks or assisting others in completion of these tasks.

  • Codes out payables for the work center manager to approve on a weekly basis.

  • Edits time sheets from work center, and forwards time sheets to corporate office on a weekly basis.

  • Composes and types routine correspondence.

  • Files correspondence and other records.

  • Compiles and types statistical reports.

  • Assists with dispatching tickets for field technicians, when needed.

  • Reviews and corrects reports submitted to our clients.

  • Assist with general office duties.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel) is required.


High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
