Job description:

  • Process Engineer will be responsible of bring support on existing product lines to meet KPI’s metrics and drive applicable projects that can have positive impact for the organization.


  • Bring support to existing product lines.

  • Drives continuous improvement on productivity, scrap reduction and operations improvement

  • Lead the manufacturing teams to achieve improvements.

  • Lead the product lines transfers.

  • Conduct validation process (IQ/OQ/PQ).

  • Manage technical changes to existing products through ECR, ECO, and deviation processes (Variance).

  • Improve existing fixtures and tooling.

  • Work in conformance to established manufacturing processes and procedures.

Job Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience

  • Ability to manage project meetings.

  • Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.

  • Flexibility to travel & a clean driving license

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem Solving skills.

  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

  • Lean manufacturing Knowledge.

  • Experience with Drawings, BOMs, Routings, Manufacturing Procedures and product specifications.

  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and tolerancing per drawings

  • Knowledge about standard ANSI.

  • Competency with software programs (Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project and Solidworks)

  • Finished career (Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic / Mechanical).

  • Previous experience medical devices Industry (desirable).

  • Work experience under ISO13485 (desirable).

  • Automatization Knowledge (desirable).

  • Tooling design Knowledge (desirable).

  • English 85%
