Allied Consultants PeopleSoft HCM Consultant - Payroll in Austin, Texas

Allied Consultants, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has for 27 years been a premier provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Consultant - Payroll to be a key resource on a technical services team.

Our client currently uses PeopleSoft HRM v9.1 as its HR system. They use the following modules: HR, Base Benefits, Recruit, Training, and Payroll. The client also uses an Oracle database and AIX servers.

Our client will begin a project to upgrade to the Centralized Accounting and Payroll/Personnel System (CAPPS) HCM version of PeopleSoft HCM v9.2 provided by the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) as a Hub Agency. They are requesting an experienced PeopleSoft HCM consultant who can conduct fit/gap sessions, determine where system modifications are required, and document any change request following the current lifecycle process.

Experience implementing/upgrading/maintaining PeopleSoft ERP systems

Functional and technical support to implement, upgrade or maintain PeopleSoft HRM version 9.1 or version 9.2.

Implementing or upgrading the Payroll module in PeopleSoft HCM.

Functional experience conducting fit/gap sessions, detailed deliverable documentation, documenting change requests, and working with the technical team to verify code changes are to specification.

Proven ability to work successfully with technical and non-technical groups and manage multiple responsibilities.
