Kforce L1 Technical Support in Austin, Texas

Kforce has a client that is seeking a L1 Help Desk Technician in Austin, TX. Essential Duties:

  • Handle inbound calls as a Tier 1 Help Desk consultant assisting instore associates with their technical support needs

  • Troubleshooting client POS systems and hardware/software issues

  • Supporting corporate associates and non-store contractor's with hardware

  • Software, and account administration needs

  • This position is in a call center environment and consists of 100% over the phone support

  • Flexible with shift schedule (this is a 24/7 call center and shifts are subject to change periodically throughout assignment)

  • Experience in an inbound call center customer service or technical support environment

  • Troubleshooting experience

  • Connection to reliable internet and able to connect to an ethernet

  • Bilingual
