IBM IBM Quantum Customer Success Manager in Austin, Texas

Your Role and Responsibilities

IBM Quantum is an industry first initiative to build universal quantum computers for business, engineering and science. This effort includes advancing the entire quantum computing technology stack and exploring applications to make quantum broadly usable and accessible. With a worldwide network of Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, researchers, educators, and enthusiasts, we are committed to driving innovation for our clients in the IBM Quantum Network and the Qiskit Community.

Accountable for customer's IBM Quantum adoption, overall health, and satisfaction - paving the way to full renewal

Act as the primary point of contact throughout the customer life cycle. Define and drive strategic success plans with clear deliverables.

Network within accounts to build relationships high and wide to achieve successful execution of the customer's strategy and roadmap

Deliver on an exceptional customer experience by orchestrating the right internal resources and effectively using the customer engagement model to align, track and evolve customer business goals

Identify Customer risk and work with extended IBM Quantum team to create and execute on risk mitigation plans

Be the voice of the customer internally at IBM Quantum- sharing process improvements and asks back into the internal ecosystem

Contribute to the ongoing initiatives to continuously improve our approach to efficiently and effectively secure our customers' success

Define and deliver reporting standards which provide visibility of engagement, relationship and stakeholder management activities

Preferred Work locations: Yorktown Heights, NY but open to remote location.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

2+ years relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting roles.

Experience implementing and supporting large scale technology solutions at Fortune 500 companies

You have a passion for building trust and communicating with a broad range of partners: C-Suite, senior executives, business owners, developers, and day-to-day users of the software

We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Customer experience Manager to drive program management for our largest and most complex global & strategic customers.

Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
