ABOUT THE JOB

We are seeking a Franchise Education Manager to implement effective training, education and coaching tactics, guide the performance of and support our new F45 Training franchisees during the new studio opening process. He/she is responsible for overseeing the training execution of new studio openings and ensuring franchisees and their staff are properly introduced to the company's core values and are trained on operational systems, SOPs and service standards. He/she must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, demonstrate clear and compelling communication skills, and display tenacity and positive demeanor.

This is a full time, exempt position.

This position is remote for the time being, but will report out of our office in Austin, Texas as local guidelines allow. Fully remote opportunities are not available at this time.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the F45 new Franchisee Induction (remote or in-person)

  • Manage operations associated with the F45 Induction, and any other Network training event from time to time

  • Manage ticketing, run-of-show during events, tracking event attendance, and pre-and post-induction operations

  • Utilize F45 HQ's Support desk system to answer emails regarding events

  • Act as a brand ambassador of F45

  • Engage and brief internal and external presenters to ensure the franchisee learning experience is maximized to support successful onboarding and operations

  • Structure course content and agenda to maximize engagement and value to new franchise owners and studio managers alike

  • Review and adjust course content as required to support successful onboarding and launch for franchisees

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and provide the resolution quickly and efficiently; ability to recognize opportunities and assess risks before they become trends

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working at a fitness franchise or studio

  • Minimum of 1+ years of training/education experience

    • Flexibility and comfort in managing change with little notice
    • Highly developed communication skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate the why behind the what when training

  • Ability to coach and provide feedback to a variety of personality types

  • Deep understanding of fitness operations
