YOU ARE more than just a title, YOU ARE…

  • A Mover and Shaker – You arethe first line representative responsible for handling inbound/outboundcall inquiries (80-100 calls/day), processing transactions, and act as asubject matter expert.

  • A Critical Thinker – Youare responsible for fax and/or email order processing andresolution of issues that may prevent orders from shipping.

  • A Relationship Builder – You fosterthe growth of a strong customer base through creating positive interactions.

YOU WILL:

  • Handle a high volume of calls (80-100/day). Product orders; order status;product returns; returns for credit; delivery status

  • Build bridges. Partnerwith Sales Representatives and clients to provide exceptional customerexperience within designated Service Levels to complete order transactions andother informational follow up

  • Provide white glove customer service. Provideour customers with a seamless, positive experience no matter the need.

Qualifications

YOU BRING:

  • Atleast five (1-2) years of customer service experience

  • Experienceworking with MS Office

  • Attentionto detail and the ability to multitask

  • High School Diploma
