Job Role and Responsibility
The Strategy, Planning and Communications team is responsible for defining and communicating the Customer Success Strategy, and leading the Annual planning efforts. As a member of the team , you will be responsible for supporting this mission through:
Strategy development & communication
Supporting / conducting research, SME interviews, collecting analyst reports etc. to develop fact base
Building analytical models and providing insights (gather data, build excel model, test hypothesis/develop scenarios, and identify insights)
Developing executive presentations & month/quarterly updates
Consolidating opex/revenue baselines, and developing annual planning scenarios
Ensuring ongoing opex/ budget spend through the quarter on track with fiscal plan
Closely working with finance business partners
Working with internal stakeholders to track and provide status updates on initiatives in progress
The candidate will be exposed to and get a chance to develop the standard consulting skillset, while developing industry and domain knowledge. In addition, the candidate will get a chance to work on the annual planning process, working with senior leaders and their teams, and gaining exposure and experience with finance & planning processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or equivalent
2+ Years experience working in FP&A, Strategy/Planning or similar roles
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient in Excel and other analytics/insights tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organization skills, and attention to detail
Interest in Software/Technology industry
High energy and comfort working in a fast-paced, start-up style environment
