Adecco Staffing Accounts Payable Clerk III in Austin, Texas

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Accounts Payable Clerk position in Austin, TX. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Type: Fulltime (40 hours / week) contract

Length: 1 year+

Pay: $25.00-$26.25/ HR Based on Experience

Shift/Hours: 8A - 5P

Responsibilities for this Accounts Payable Clerk position include but are not limited to:

  • Inducting and processing invoices.

  • Reviewing vendor accounts.

  • Responding to business user and vendor inquiries.

  • Reconcile daily payments.

  • Reconcile payment exception report.

    Qualifications for this Accounts Payable Clerk position:

  • Experience in Accounts Payables.

  • Critical thinking skills (able to resolve complex issues).

  • Experience in reconciliations.

  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills is preferred
