Role Value Proposition:
Global Technology & Operations (GTO) includes over 17,000 associates across 42 countries Service our customers in operations and global customer call centers where we deliver global support services, including global real estate, global corporate security, and global innovation. This role, for a Client Service Consultant I, will deliver exceptional customer service, serve as a liaison between clients and MetLife internal departments, resolve client inquires and develop and maintain proficiency in the following core skill areas: customer service, problem resolution, account and project management, and implementation.
Overall accountability for day-to-day support of multiple clients.
Prepares and completes more complex accounting processes, calculations and reports.
Responsible for key clients and accounts.
Primary contact for a large number of clients or a medium to large distribution channel
Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
High School diploma
3+ yrs. related experience
5+ yrs. related experience
Strong customer satisfaction focus.
