We look forward to you joining theteamPosition SummaryPerform the hand place process of SMT components according customerspecifications on PCB. Execute the inspection of electrical assemblies toassure that they fulfill the specifications of Advanced Assembly'sestablished quality policy and industry standards. Operation of the reflowoven.Knowledge, Skill Sets, Education, ExperienceWhat you need: High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum experience of 1 year in manufacturing preferred. High attention to detail and dexterity. Flexibility to work scheduled hours and extra hours as required. Operate a computer and basic software at a proficient level. Attention to detail Excellent internal communication skills.What you'll do: Perform the hand placement and verification of electronic componentswith the support from the customer and industry specifications to ensureacceptable quality standards. Interpret datasheets, drawings and Bill of Materials (BoM). Perform pre-reflow and post-reflow inspections on SMT Componentsaccording to the BoM and assembly documentation. Identify and segregate anynon-conforming product. Work side-by-side with your Peers, Engineers and Leadership in acontinuous improvement and LEAN culture driven manufacturing environment.Location:20100 E 32nd Pkwy, #225Aurora, CO 80011Schedule:Monday-Friday2:30pm-11pmCompensation:$15.00+/hr DOE + shift differentialBenefitsAdvanced Assembly has an excellent benefits program.
