2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Inbound Sales Supervisor in Aurora, Colorado

The Renewal Sales Supervisor – Inbound is responsible for assisting in the successful operation of the Home Owner Sales division while maintaining personal production accountabilities. The supervisor assists in the leadership and coaching of their assigned representatives and ensures that all policies and procedures are followed regarding phone activity and closing prospective customers. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining the inbound call queue and ensuring adequate staffing to attain calls handled goals. In addition, this person supports the manager in planning, strategizing, and executing day-to-day operations in order to achieve organizational goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To be successful in the organization, the Renewal Sales Supervisor – Inbound, must be able to successfully perform duties by working with a diverse customer and representative population and have a high level of prospecting, sales, and follow up skills along with queue management. Other essential responsibilities include:

  • Quoting prices, terms, conditions as set forth by 2-10 HBW

  • Maintaining a high level of productivity and exceed established sales goals

  • Maintain inbound queue expectations regarding calls answered and calls abandoned

  • Operate within the highest ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of the position

  • Manage representative accountabilities and metrics including recruiting and team performance

  • Monitor the activities of Inbound Sales Representatives

  • Provide ongoing training and coaching / development to team and fosters professional development and growth.

  • Monitor sales calls to observe employee demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies.

  • Share best practices with the team.

  • Deliver feedback in a productive and diplomatic manner.

  • Create consistent script / call flow to use when calling prospects.

  • Serve as a positive role model for sales.

  • Create a customer obsessed team.

  • Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.

  • Treat each customer with respect, courtesy and professionalism.

  • Resolve difficult home owner problems and escalation calls.

  • Assist the manager with preparing and analyzing reports as requested.

  • Create and engage in employee engagement activities.

  • Multi task multiple high priority tasks.

  • Take initiative and be proactive in self -development.

  • Other duties may be assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities Directly supervises up to 10 employees in the Direct Sales department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and coaching employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and performance managing employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.

  • One to three years of related experience with a proven track record of success; or demonstrated success, for one year or more, as a sales representative, trainer, supervisor with proven leadership skills

  • Ability to communicate professionally / Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

  • Passion for results, strong work ethic, and a winning attitude

  • Dynamic and outgoing

  • Organized, detail oriented, and able to multi-task

  • Ability to work independently and be a self-starter / Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends (Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday – Thursday)

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and possess basic computer skills

  • Ability to perform intermediate math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages)
