Location: Augusta, Georgia, United StatesMOSAIC is seeking a Training Operations Manager in Augusta, GA who will lead the training development and training support tasks required on the assigned task order to include development and maintenance of curriculum; interactive multimedia design and development, and the application of new educational tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve the training experience. The training support tasks include administrative support for all students, scheduling of classes, administration of the current Learning Management System (LMS), database management and data entry, training evaluation, instructor recognition, and staff and faculty professional development. The Training Operations Manager coordinates responses to TRAP actions and manages any additional student load in support of TRAPs, and coordinates with the Program Manager on daily operations, changes in training requirements, and training support needed.Job ResponsibilitiesManage the activities of the training development and training support to ensure they perform the requirements of the contract, have the resources they need, and are trained to accomplish their missions in the areas of instructional systems design, student administration (Registrar), scheduling of classes, Learning Management System (LMS), database management and data entry, training evaluation, instructor recognition, and staff and faculty professional developmentProvide guidance and mentorship to teamEvaluate training materials to ensure contract and regulatory compliance and quality of productEvaluate classroom instruction to ensure contract and regulatory compliance and competency of the instructor staffDetermine professional development needs of team and implement training solutionsManage the interface to the government Learning Management System (LMS) to support classroom instruction and online testing and surveysMonitor compliance with DTMS data input requirementsOversee the implementation and maintenance of established Training Content Management systemAnalyze government requirements for training load increases and recommend courses of action to support requirementsManage the Master Training Schedule to forecast instructor requirements to support the training missionEnsure timely submission of CDRL items (End of Course Critiques and Monthly Training Products Report)Coordinates with the Program Manager and Training Section Manager(s) on daily operations, changes in training requirements, and training supportAttend meetings within the organization and with the governmentAdvise the Program Manager on matters within scope of duties and provide information to make informed decisionsMinimum RequirementsA Master's Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or a related fieldPossess or obtain a course reservation to attend/complete the Installation Staff Contractor Training Course (ISCTC)At least five (5) years of supervisory or management experience in TRADOC institutional training, other technical military training programs, or vocational/ technical training programs for adult learnersA minimum of five (5) years of experience in using the Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluation (ADDIE) development process within a military or vocational/ technical training environmentDemonstrated experience with the design and production of interactive multimedia instructionDemonstrated experience with the video production processAbility to use Microsoft tools such as Office 365, SharePoint,...
