Position Description

Responsible for the coordination of the PCS Administration's strategic recruitment & retention strategy. Under supervision from the PCS Business Director and in coordination with Human Resources, the position provides dedicated support to all departmental & divisional leadership within PCS Administration through the establishment & maintenance of recruitment networks & methodologies. Additionally, this position will assist in the development and coordination of the PCS' retention program, a program intended to support all PCS staff, departments, and divisions. This person will work in conjunction with the PCS Director Business Operations and applicable stakeholders to develop approved recruitment and retention goals & methodologies and will work autonomously in their execution

Position Requirements

Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing. Three years or more of experience in Nursing. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Superior customer service skills.

Preferred Requirements

Masters of Science in Nursing. 5 years or more of experience in Nursing. Experience in customer service, visual design, marketing, web design, event planning, and project management.
