The CCoE provides training for Officers, Warrant Officers, and Enlisted Soldiers in the latest tactical and strategic communications equipment and systems used in the Army today. This position is contingent upon award.Responsibilities:Support the instruction and development of technical and planning courses as described throughout the PWS.Foster self-development, administer platform instruction, assess student performance, maintain training resources, manage exams, and administer exercises.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business, Instructional Technology, Computer Science and Networking, or have at least one (1) year of experience working as a manager or supervisor in a training/education field.Hold an active Secret clearance.Minimum of three (3) years of directly related experience in classroom/course instruction.Hold a Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC) Certification. (Cadre Training Course (CTC) meets/exceeds this requirement).At least five (5) years of documented supervisory or management experience in TRADOC institutional training, other technical military training programs, or vocational/ technical training programs for adult learners.DOD 8570.01-M IAT Level I Certified or received current certification-level training in proprietary product network operating system or integration tools, such as in one or more of the following:CompTIA Net+,CCNA Routing and Switch,Project Manager PMP,Security+, orVMware Certified Professional.Computer Skills:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).IDS's competitive benefit package starts you off out on the right foot.
