The VP combines strategy and technical knowledge with relational sales experience and applies practical business and cyber security experience to formulate meaningful solutions that address the strategic needs of clients and effectively communicate that shared vision The GM develops and provides a consultative and strategic vision for the practice by leveraging their experience from delivering and overseeing complex engagements to effectively develop and articulate solutions to customers, and present in well-constructed proposals that comprehensively and clearly defines the outcomes, approach, and delivery model. Expectations: * Create and maintain a practice strategy through the company strategic planning process that is complementary to the organizational strategy. Drives the practice to achieve strategic financial and growth objectives. Monitors and analyzes performance and takes appropriate corrective action * Drive organizational change while integrating, building trust and establishing a high performing team * Oversee a multi-million-dollar business scope as well as multi-level teams * Be able to translate client needs, in a timely and effective manner, into actionable proposals and contracts for Optiv's strategic offerings * Embrace and develop core team strategy as a security solutions integrator (SSI) * Responsible for the overall skills and capabilities of the delivery team to maximize quality, performance, and billability * Identify and understand our client's security concerns and how they correlate to Optiv's strategic solutions across the Identity and Access Management pillars and compliment holistic cyber security programs * Establish trusted client relationships, and present to client CIO, CEO, CDO, CMO, and another C-suite leadership * Provide senior level consulting to clients related to cyber security strategy, design, implementation and performance Qualifications * Experience in delivering and providing executive guidance and solutions in Identity and Access Management strategy at a divisional level 7 - 10 years of high-level, high-growth management experience * Deep understanding of Access Management (SSO, MFA), Identity Governance, and Privileged Access Management * Deep understanding of IAM Controls required to meet compliance and privacy areas * Experience with Cloud IAM Concepts and IAM as it relates to Digital Transformation * Bachelor's degree in business or related field * Master's degree desired along with relevant Security certifications * Proven experience in a sales, non-sales, technical and consultative capacity in a cyber security environment * A working knowledge of all key areas of Information Security and a proven experience designing and/or implementing security solutions#LI-GN1Additional Information Why you'll love it here: If you are seeking a culture that supports growth, fosters success and moves the industry forward, find your place at Optiv!
