We create compelling narratives for each executive to further amplify Salesforce's story. We strive to ensure our executives are engaging thoughtfully and meaningfully with all stakeholders - media, analysts, employees, investors, and shareholders.We are looking for a dynamic team player to lead the internal communications for Salesforce's President and COO. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who has an employee-first mentality and can distill complex ideas into simple, compelling messages. You will be responsible for developing and executing an employee communications plan, overseeing change management communications and customer outreach, as needed. You like to work collaboratively and know how to have fun.Basic requirements:Highly organized and energetic comms professional with at least 8+ years of related experience, preferably in internal communicationsProven track record of leading complex enterprise-wide and cross-functional communications programs in a fast-paced environmentCritical, strategic thinker and creative problem solverStrong writer with a proven ability to write for different channels (email, Slack, scripts) and audiencesDemonstrated ability to simplify messaging and craft compelling narrativesDemonstrated ability to articulate recommended approaches and to influence teams and stakeholdersKnow how to work in a highly matrixed organization, move quickly and drive resultsUnderstand business priorities, technology, and industry trends and weave them, as appropriate, into communicationsPrimary responsibilities:Own planning and execution of internal and customer communications strategy for President and COOServe as "go-to" person for all internal communications requests, sort and disseminate against larger strategy and guiding communications principles, understand communication tools and tactics, and identify best channels to engage with various audiencesDeliver solid drafts of communications (emails, Slacks, scripts) that require few editsLead change management planning and communications for COO org including org changes, departures, welcomes, etcDeliver and manage concurrent projects, manage ambiguity, and be flexible in your approachFind innovative ways for executive to engage and share important information with employeesPartner with project teams, business stakeholders, and senior executives to shape initiatives and develop new ideasProvide strategic recommendations and creative communications solutions to drive results for programEstablish efficient team...
