Chick-fil-A, Inc. Sr. Lead Advisor, Communications Specialist in Atlanta, Georgia
With a mission to “nourish the communities we serve for a better world,” Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts at Chick-fil-A are focused in four pillars: people, communities, food and planet. Inspired by our founder S. Truett Cathy’s legacy of care, Chick-fil-A strives to cultivate a positive work environment where people feel known and cared for. We seek to have a positive impact in our communities by strengthening the cities and neighborhoods we serve. We focus on creating a meaningful customer experience by serving great food people can feel good about. And we work to sustain a happy, healthy future by acting as good stewards of the planet we share.
As a communications consultant to the CSR Leadership Team, the Sr. Lead Advisor develops communication plans, annual reports, presentations, messaging and marketing materials that elevate Chick-fil-A’s work in these four areas with key internal and external audiences. This position requires a collaborative, strategic individual who can work cross-functionally with internal partners and senior leaders to capture, elevate and advocate for CSR efforts as part of Chick-fil-A’s business vision and brand story.
The Sr. Lead Advisor must be a strong communicator and storyteller who is able to translate sometimes complex work into concise, approachable, on-brand messaging across a variety of media that resonates with target audiences and clearly connects back to the broader CSR strategy and pillar framework.
A results-oriented self-starter, the Sr. Lead Advisor must be comfortable working autonomously, often at a quick pace, to move work forward and achieve set goals.
