Job Description

SENIOR CLIENT MANAGEMENT ANALYST (remote)

  • Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients.

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with assigned accounts, client stakeholders, and executive sponsors and liaise between client and internal teams.

  • Work with Sales and business leaders to perform strategic account planning

  • Own and deliver insights, recommendations, and upsell/resell opportunities to clients.

  • Conducts regular meetings and reviews to ensure clients are satisfied

  • Maintain solid knowledge of system capabilities

  • Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients

  • Drive incremental revenue

  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled

  • Forecast and track key account metrics.

  • Monitor company performance against service level agreements and facilitating mitigation of potential issues.

  • Quote and Contract Request Form generation for software and services as appropriate

  • Communicates with management team to manage workload, ensuring tasks and assignment deadlines are met.

Bachelor's required

Min 5 years in a client-facing, Client/Account Management role

Knowledge of EMR interfaces (AllScripts, Cerner, EPIC, Midas, etc)

Strong Communication Skills
