Role Description

The Salesforce Workforce Development Program for People with Disabilities is seeking a Salesforce Administrator with strong and varied project management experience to be focused on overseeing Workforce Development platform and marketing projects, including the buildout and customization of a new Salesforce instance, which will be utilized to register, train, and track learning data for our Trailblazers with disabilities program.

This role will involve partnering closely across various teams focused on workforce development in the Salesforce ecosystem, such as events, employer and consulting partners, marketing/communications, and talent councils.

The successful candidate will have a passion for and knowledge about accessibility in technology, Salesforce tools and products including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities, and a deep desire to help create a more inclusive Salesforce ecosystem.

Your Impact

The person hired for this role will act as the trusted lead taking on complex projects to support and scale a growing workforce development program for people with disabilities. With your help we will build an accessible workforce development program that can grow globally with an inclusive and diverse pipeline of Salesforce ecosystem talent to support our customers and partners.

Specifically you will:

  • Lead the design and build out of an accessible workforce development program platform connected to Trailhead and certifications, customized for data tracking that will demonstrate program impact

  • Create processes on the platform for engaging prospective program participants, including disability serving nonprofit organizations and employer partners

  • Forge relationships across the company to further awareness of and collaboration with the workforce development program for people with disabilities

  • Cultivate relationships with trusted leaders in the accessibility space

  • Gather workforce development program success stories for corporate communications to weave into internal and external narrative / marketing materials. Partnering with content teams to create Accessibility content elevating the voices of our trailblazers

  • Collaborate with communications team on outward facing Salesforce Office of Accessibility website with program success stories, resources, and guides

Required Skills:

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification and experience customizing for data collection

  • Experience project managing website/platform development

  • Professional or lived experience with disability inclusion and/or accessible technology

  • At least 2 years of experience with project management, including Salesforce product implementation

Additional Desired Skills:

  • Salesforce Communities and Marketing Cloud experience

  • Strong writing, editing skills, and communication skills;

  • An interest in and understanding of career and workforce development programs

  • Experience with a collaboration suite such as Google Apps, Quip, and Slack

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly evolving workplace;

  • Ability to collaborate with a global and highly matrixed workforce.
