Capgemini Programmer/Developer Lead - Cloud Native DevOps Engineer in Atlanta, Georgia

The Cloud Native DevOps Engineer will be:

· Designing, modifying, developing, and implementing technology solutions

· Performing the day-to-day activity of development teams (Back-end development and/or front-end development activities)

· You will be building modern and architecturally sound components, tools, and applications to meet strategic business goals

· Designing, modifying, developing, and implementing, software solutions

· Involved in Spring planning

· Running daily Scrums

· Code Review

Qualifications:

· 7 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record

· 5 years of experience with collecting requirements, creating software designs, and developing efficient implementations

· 3 years with Scrum

· Strong experience with development using Event Driven Architecture, Test Drivent Development, and Microservices based solutions

· Strong experience with CI/CT/CD strategies

Technical Qualifications:

· Kubernetes/Openshift

o You must have the ability to perform cluster level tasks on the platform

o Creating and maintaining scripts to maintain, monitor, and alert on the platform

o You must be comfortable with OC / kubectl

o Knowledge of SCC and creating cluster roles

· Docker

o You must possess a strong understanding of creating images on Docker

o Maintaining the Docker registry

· AWS

o You should be able to perform common tasks within AWS

o VPC Creation

o Lambda functions

o Creating network & security groups, IAM roles/policies, and autoscaling policies

o You must have knowledge of Cloudformation, and Terraform to deploy application stacks

· CICD

o Jenkins

§ Knowledge and understanding of Jenkins pipelines

o Ability to analyze console job log for errors

· NoSQL

o Cassandra

o MongoDB

o Oracle

o SQL Server

· Languages:

o Java

o JavaScript

o HTML

· Libraries:

o ReactJS

o AngularJS

o NodeJS

REALLY Nice to Have:

· Platforms (installation, configuration, and tuning)

· JBoss EAP 6/7

· JBoss Fuse (OSGI, karaf)

· Oracle WebLogic
