Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

You will provide expertise in technology and process areas ensuring operational success.

Manage project-level plan, issues/risks, status, etc.
Manage stakeholder expectations.
Facilitate cross-silo communications and decision making across team, division, and company.
Facilitate Project Leadership Team meetings.
Be a single-point of contact and escalation point for Project Managers, Business Owners.
Define and managing project schedules.
Produce weekly status reports and attending weekly status meetings.
Produce executive-ready communication.
Manage multiple projects through project lifecycles.
8 years of software program management or operational experience potentially including: Software Development Lifecycle processes; software testing standards, IT or Cloud Consulting; Release Management; and IT/Cloud Operational processes
Professional maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
5 years managing and delivering large-scale technology driven projects
Excellent organizational, presentation, verbal and written communication skills
Experience teaming with VP-level and line level stakeholders in a large enterprise organization to establish and maintain roadmaps, set appropriate expectations, and ensure our products and services meet our high standards of excellence.
Ability to succeed through collaboration and working through internal and external organizations and individuals.
Experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban – Certified Scrum Master a plus.
Familiarity with cloud concepts, terminology, tech stacks.; hands-on experience a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
