Currently, our Global Tools & Storage team is searching for a results-driven Sales Operations Manager to lead the 2-Step Field Sales Team, leveraging sales within U.S. markets.

This position is responsible for leading the operations side of our 2-Step Field Sales Team, which include:
Collaborating with our Channel, Product, and Finance leads and creating a streamlined and consistent communication for our Field Sales Team.
Manage and organize all updated field promotions and pricing on Workplace
Merchandising captain involved with inventory, forecasting, and measuring effectiveness
Lead and coordinate quarterly conference calls focused on updated promotions, new product launches, pricing updates, and merchandising
Help onboard new hires, creating a flawless path for IT access, training, demo tools, etc
A successful candidate for this position must have:
4-year college degree required
Minimum of 3 years sales and management experience
Highly effective communication and presentation skills with SBDK team personnel (Sales, Channel, Product Managers)
Self-motivated, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Understanding and knowledge of IT Business systems (Business Warehouse, Salesforce.com, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
